Ligar Homestay - comfortable and stylish near city

Guests tell us our house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to the main rooms in the house and one bedroom with a sitting area. If 2+ people are staying and other bedrooms are required, there is an additional fee. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened. The space You will have access to most of the rooms in our house as I am not be staying there whilst you are in residence. The main bedroom is a large room and in the front of the house so receives the morning sun. It has a sitting area and its own TV. You are also welcome to use the kitchen, laundry and lounge (and bathroom of course). There is a second toilet outside at the rear of the house. If other bedrooms are required, please specify at the time of booking and the additional fee will be applied. A 2 person booking provides one queen bedroom. Guest access The second and third bedrooms are available at additional cost. It is assumed that if 2 people book they will access the main bedroom. If guest numbers are higher, remaining bedrooms are opened for guest use. There is a small backyard and a long carport for parking vehicles with an external powerpoint for electric cars. A code is required for the front door, this is provided just before your stay, a back up key is also on site. One room in the house and the garden shed are not accessible for guests. Other things to note We provide breakfast for you, this consists of milk, cereals, bread and spreads. We do accept pets at our property.
