Located on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea and sunset. Bathroom with shower. Access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub. Just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, pedestrian area, and marina. Sleeps up to 2 adults, with the option to add 2 extra beds for children up to 17 years old. The space Residenza Santa Cecilia welcomes you with 15 suites and apartments, all independent and autonomous with a kitchenette. They are well-finished, large and spacious, perfect if you want independence and freedom without giving up the services of a hotel. You can find us at the reception from 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. every day and we are also available at night for any need. The price of the stay includes bath and bed linen, tidying up every 4 days and final cleaning. But you can decide to complete your stay by adding: - Buffet breakfast with organic products from Podere l'Agave: 16 euros for adults and 9 euros for children 4-12 years - You can request a rearrangement of the apartment at the reception, or a change of bathroom linen and extra bed - Pets are welcome and pay 8 euros per day each - Parking 12 euros per day Guest access The heated swimming pool and the indoor hot tub are always open, ideal for relaxing in any season. Guests also have access to a laundry room with an iron, especially convenient for families. The gazebo is a shared space designed for spending time together: perfect for a cappuccino or coffee, an aperitif at sunset, and in the morning for breakfast in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The garden with solarium invites you to enjoy the outdoors, with sofas and sun loungers, whether you’re reading a good book or chatting over a glass of wine. Our reception is open daily from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm for any needs, including booking excursions and tastings, or getting restaurant and local area recommendations. For your peace of mind, we are always available during the night as well. Other things to note 📌 Tourist tax The tourist tax is not included in the booking and must be paid directly at the property.
