Aventura Yacht Club Close Beach and Mall

The Aventura Yacht Club is home to many Yachts and turist all year. It has a Mediterranean resort style feel to it because of its architecture and amenities (Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, 2 Tennis Courts, Gym, Kids play ground, Racket Ball, BBQ Area). Aventura is a great area, next to Sunny Isles Beach, Gulf Stream Park and Golden Beach. We are very close to the Mall and the Beach (1/3 mile each), there is a bike lane to cross the bridge to the Beach if you don't want to drive The space The Apartment is a one Bedroom ( King size bed) one Bath, there are 2 twin size day beds in order to accommodates a small family. This allows the children to have their space and not have to use the couch to sleep. Helping to keep the cost down as it is much less than a two bedroom in the complex. Please note the wall to den was taken down Guest access The guests will have access to the amenities in the complex. Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, 2 Tennis Courts, Gym, Kids play ground, Racket Ball, BBQ Area. 24 HR security Patrol and guard gated complex. Other things to note The Complex Requires a $ 110 Registration Fee ( Not included in the payment) in order to issue 2 Electronic Picture ID cards that open the Gym and common areas. This payment will be collected from the Guest at the time of Check-In
