5-star family-friendly Balinese inspired luxury villa by the sea located in Port Dickson. Perfect paradise getaway. It comes with an adult and a kids pool. Close to 7-11, seafood restaurants and hypermarts. About 90 mins drive from Kuala Lumpur & 60 mins from the Airport (KLIA) @12Haven is a great place to chill and hang out. The space * @12Haven is strictly for homestay purposes only and cannot be used as a venue to host any functions or events where outside guests are invited to attend. Villa use is limited to only in-house guests - a max of 16 people. * @12Haven is located in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Close to Port Dickson Beach, restaurants, hotels, resorts, convenience stores, spas, turtle hatchery and water sports activities. 1. Ideal for a group size of 12 but we do accept up to a max of 16 pax. This villa is best suited for family and friends get together or for a management team to get the quiet time to plan and strategise business directions. 2. Family friendly, fully furnished, fully air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen with cutleries, plates, mugs, glasses with a beautifully landscaped garden and a private water swimming pool designed for the needs of adults and toddlers as well. 3. Private area at the backyard by the sea where you can enjoy the amazing sunset views while sipping your favourite drink and sharing that moment with your family and friends. 4. There are total of 4 rooms available. In each room there is bedding for 3 pax. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 5. Three bedrooms are of approximately the same size with ensuite bathrooms equipped with hot shower. In these each of these rooms there is 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. 6. One of the upstairs bedroom is smaller without an attached bathroom. Here there are 3 single beds. 7. There are four bathrooms. 3 of them are attached and one free standing bathroom in the ground floor. 8. When there are more than 12 guests, mattresses on the floor will be laid out in the upstairs hall area. The maximum we can accommodate is 16 guests. 9. The villa is within walking distance to Glory Beach. Situated here there are 3 resorts, namely Glory Beach Resort, Lexis Water Chalet and Grand Lexis Port Dickson Hotel. Here you find restaurants, spas and sea-water sports activities. 10. Port Dickson Beach - Some of the more popular beaches in Port Dickson that can be easily accessed for the villa are :- a. The villa is about 90 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur and Glory Beach - 5 minutes walk from the villa. Guest access 1. Parking for 2 cars within the compound. Any extra cars has to parked outside. 2. Free wifi throughout the villa. 3. Guests have easy access to the Glory Beach located within 5 minutes walk from the villa. 4. A BBQ pit is available. We provide complimentary charcoal and fire starters but you will need to bring your own BBQ utensils. The wire mesh to grill the meats are replaceable hence there will be a fresh wire mesh for every new booking. 5. Aa sizeable refrigerator. 6. The swimming pool is designed for adults and toddlers. The toddler's pool is 2 feet deep and the adult pool is from 4 feet to 5 feet deep. The pool is equipped with a water fall and water jets. Please bring along your own water inflatables. 7. Pool towels are provided as well as towels in your bathroom. 8. Slippers are provided for you to walk around the pool area. 9. 1 TV available with Astro service and Netflix. 10. Microwave oven available. 11. There is also a gas stove available for light cooking and heating. Cutleries, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans are available. 12. Clean white sheets are provided. 13. Soap & shampoo are made available in dispenser format. 14. Hair dryers in every room. 15. Mineral water is provided. 18. Please note even though this is a sea facing property there are no beaches but more of rocks. The sea actually comes right up to the back yard of the property during high tides and recedes to expose a rocky beach during low tides. High tides and low tides vary according to the year. 19. The backyard facing the sea is a private area of about 2,500 square feet. Ideal for hanging out with a deck chair or having a BBQ. The rocky beach is a blessing in disguise for it ensures privacy. 20.. For safety and emergencies, fire extinguishes, torch lights and first aid kit are made available. Other things to note 1. Facilities are to be used with care as damages will be at your cost. 2. Keep the house tidy and clean and furniture should stay where they are as you find them. If you require additional chairs, we will provide them. 3. @12Haven practices quiet hours between 10pm to 9am. 4. Durians are not allowed in the villa as the smell will stay in the premises for sometime. However, it is permissible if consumed outside around the pool area and the shells and seeds disposed off in the garbage bin provided outside the compound. If for any reason, the smell is detected within the villa, a penalty of RM300 will be imposed for clean up purposes. 5. Please keep the main gate and the gate leading to the seafront closed at all times. 6. Please ensure all windows, doors and gates are locked when you leave the villa. 7. Please switch off all air condition when not in use. 8. Only light cooking is permitted - heating up cold food, soup, instant noodle or to steam. 10. Please refrain for keeping durians or any food with strong stench i n the refrigerator. 11. Please respect the neighbours. No rowdy behaviour and loud noise or music that will disrupt the neighbourhood peace. 12. Any illegal activities or substance abuse is strictly prohibited and offenders will be reported to authorities for further action. 13. Do take note, children may be less careful than adults in a new surrounding. So please take extra care with children on balconies, stairs & in and around the swimming pool. It is your sole responsibility to ensure their safety and the Management shall not be held responsible whatsoever in the event of any mishaps. 14. We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the villa, its car park or grounds including valuables and personal belongings are brought in at your own risk. The Villa shall not be held responsible whatsoever for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s stay at the Villa.
