A very spacious and comfortable place,both outside and inside,with a wide hallway and large layouts. The space Haus Natur Apartment 2 is part of a two-floor house, located on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, and has a living space of 100 m2. Ground floor: - One big bedroom with a king-size bed - One smaller bedroom with two separate beds - 2 bathrooms ( one bigger with a bathtub and washing machine, and the other smaller with a shower ) - One big room which includes the living room with a sofa, dining room, and kitchen( with air conditioning and access to a terrace) The price includes: - Bed linen ( 2 per bed ) - Hand and bath towels ( 3 per person ) - Hair dryer - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Ironing board - Kitchen equipment - Smart TV with cd/dvd player - Electricity and climatization *one air conditioner available,in the living/dinig room/kitchen - Free Wireless internet access - Outdoor garden with grill and furniture - Huge parking place - Local tax - Visitor's tax (forwarded by us to the local community) Dogs/cats possible in the neighborhood, but who do not have access to the House. On the day of arrival the guests are obliged, due to legal regulations in Croatia (eVisitor application), to leave personal informations to the owners, their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents have to be returned to them within 24 hours.
