My place is located in the middle of the fields, 1400 m from Guesclin beach and the village of Saint-Coulomb. You'll love its comfort and the surrounding calm. Ideal for couples and solo travelers, to discover the Côte d'Emeraude and its treasures. The space The accommodation is located in the middle of the fields but only 1.4 km from the town center and the beach of Guesclin, therefore from the coastal path. Very quiet. Guest access The accommodation is composed of a kitchen-living room (gas stove with electric oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, a sofa bed for 2 comfortable beds, a separate bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 and a large wardrobe) and a bathroom with sink, shower cabin and toilet. Independent electric heating. A separate room will allow you to store bikes. Terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, parasol. Private garden not enclosed. Other things to note The tourist tax, collected by AirBnB for the community of municipalities, is €1.848 per adult per night. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are NOT provided: guests must bring them. Possibility to rent linen on site: €30/stay. The end of stay cleaning must be done by guests: cleaning products and equipment are available. If the condition of the accommodation at the time of departure of the guests does not comply with the condition in which they found it when they arrived, a request for a Cleaning fee will be made via the AIRBNB Resolution Center. Guests can also choose to pay (€35) to avoid having to clean before departure: in this case, they must inform the Host as soon as possible, ideally when booking, at the latest when they arrive on site.
