Luxurious central apartment behind Black church

This comfortable, luxurious apartment set in the heart of historic Brasov can be your home during your stay in Transylvania. We welcome people from all over the world from any background. All we ask is that you look after this lovely apartment during your stay :-) The space The apartment is 77 m2 with a large balcony, accessed by a single flight of spiral staircase, there is no elevator. There are two themed bedrooms, one is Jazz and one ballet. Each has a American Kingsize (2 x 2 m) beds with new comfortable mattresses come with warm duvets, a selection of different pillow types and all the bedding required. Wardrobes and cupboard space is plentiful for even those who like to pack for any occasion. The ballet room has bedside tables with built in USB ports for charging your devices overnight. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, large fridge-freezer, dining table and chairs. We appreciate that whilst there are lots of restaurants nearby, home cooking is important to lots of people. The living room (lounge) has plenty of comfortable sitting area, and has full HD television with cable access (including HBO, Cinemax, and many international channels). High speed cable internet is also available via WIFI. There is a shower and washroom and we are happy to supply basic toiletries, paper and towels. Guest access The apartment is self enclosed with a balcony at the entrance for sitting out in the summer drinking your coffee or having a smoke. There is no smoking inside the apartment please. The courtyard is shared with other apartments and we ask that you respect them by keeping noise down outside in the late in the evening. Since we ask that there are no shoes in the apartment, we provide slippers for our guests to wear inside. Other things to note Whilst we hope the large beds will be enough for your family, there is plenty of room for additional cribs or beds if you need them. We are happy for you to bring these as required.
