There are two office spaces side by side for teleworkers. I'll leave the printer in case you need it. The house is carefully furnished and decorated, I pay great attention to it and make sure that guests feel as good as possible in the house. The sea with the beach are at the end of the street. There are many beautiful walks to do around the house. But also sailing, fishing or paddleboarding for example. I can also guide you on your cultural outings and discovery of the city and its surroundings. Within a 10-minute walk you can find different pharmacies, bakeries, butcher, fishmonger, florists, coffee and tobacco, hairdressers, doctors. The media library is less than 5 minutes from the house to read the press, books or watch movies and use a computer on site. There is also in the same perimeter, the Post Office, a shoemaker, banks, the Friday night and Saturday morning market, a large Leclerc supermarket, a Biocop, a Picard and a wine shop. We are very well located. Sheets and towels are provided. The hosts are on the first floor, as well as all the living rooms for guests. There are two floors in the house, the second is not accessible because I do not rent this floor, which remains reserved for the family. We are never in the house at the same time as you, of course. You'll feel right at home. The barbecue awaits you to enjoy the summer and evenings. Here the sun sets very late. This house is our main residence, I ask guests to take care of it as if they were at home. It is very comfortable and particularly well equipped. In the equipped laundry room you will find the washing machine and dryer as well as what you need to do the cleaning and ironing. There is also a sports area: treadmill, exercise bike, rower, yoga mat, jump ropes and various elastic bands are at your disposal. You just need shoes that don't go outside for the carpet and you're off ;) I also leave a sewing area available, because we like it a lot and we are equipped. Don't hesitate to talk to me about it.
