The free room is medium-sized, minimalist and very bright and quiet due to the huge window front to the courtyard. A private bathroom is included. The apartment is on the 8th district, near Alser Straße/Bennoplatz and not far from the old AKH. By tram, you can reach the center in 10 minutes. Important: We have children living with us, so if you want to party until the early hours of the morning, this is probably not the right place for you ;) The space There are eight of us living in over 200 m² (including a child, plus 2 cats) - so there is always something going on, and we are happy to cook with you in the evening or drink a glass of wine. However, the room is very quiet and since we all study/work, the rest of the apartment is also quieter than you would think (during the day there are usually only 1-2 of us at home, for dinner almost all, and as soon as the children sleep we usually sit together in the living room in threes or fours :)) Hide
