Private Bedroom in 19th century colonial house in a very calm and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the beach and local shops & restaurants. House Rules: Room Cleaning available daily before 12pm A fee of 3000rs may be charged to guests for linen cleaning and replacement Linens (towels, etc.) should remain in the house at all times and are not to be used for beach or outdoor activities 2 people per room No outside guests No smoking in the room No food or drink in the room The space Guests should refrain from using house amenities such as kitchen, appliances, living rooms and pool. An outdoor living space is available for guest use only. Guest access Bedroom and Outdoor Living Space only.
