We follow the Airbnb 5 steps cleaning standard and all linens and towels are deeply washed and dried. - Our condo is 2 bedrooms+2 bathrooms+1 den. One bathroom is walk-in shower and the another one is bath tub. - The driving distance is only about 15 mins to West Edmonton Mall(WEM) and 20 mins to Airport - Easy self-Checkin and secured elevator system. - Enough parking stalls in our spacious heated underground parkade and the ground surface parking stalls are also available for the oversized truck. - High-Speed WIFI on our brand new 50'' SMART TV - 3 Mins away from the Anthony Henday Highway which help you go anywhere easily in the city. - Superstore is in the walking distance and all amentities like Walmart, CanadianTire, some good restaurants and CINEPLEX are all about 5 mins driving distance. - Our condo is in the Upper Windermere area. This area is an ideal location and all neighbors are high-qualified and polite. -Our condo is on the top floor and it has 10 feet ceiling. Guests usually like our spacious space. -Self-contained A/C and the room temperature can be easily adjusted. The opposite side about our listing: - We are located in a safe neighbourhood at Southwest. This means that we are closed to WEM and Airport. However, this also means that we are a bit far from the downtown core, which is approximately a 30 minute drive from our condo. Enjoy your trip with us! Other things to note Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with the lock box in the underground parking. PLEASE treat the place with respect and keep in mind that you are staying in our home but not a hotel. Our site workers will take action ASAP if some problems happened. Their working hours is from 10:00-17:00 Profiles that are less than 4.0 rating will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Profiles that are 4.0 will be required to pay a $300 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
