This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included. The space The house is the seaside house, part of a large estate. Very private location. The romantic cottage has one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double bed. The sofa-bed in the livingroom is 160 cm wide. Up to 4 person can stay in the house. You will have free use of 3 kayaks and hot tub. The Hot Tub is placed right in front of the shore of the Baltic Sea. It is hot all year round, also in winter when the snow is covering the ground. Our guests usually visit the many attractions in Stockholm and take a ferry to the archipelago. Wintertime it is easy to go skiing. The slalom area Hammarbybacken have skis to rent. It is close, just 20 minutes by car. Skating on frozen lakes is popular january-march. Sundeck chairs, outdoor games etc at your disposal in summer. A Weber gas BBQ is placed on the veranda. It is possible to take the ferry to the city center or out to the archipelago from a ferry stop on walking distance. Please note that the jetty is shared with the owner. Guest access The motor boat on the jetty is not included in the price, but can be rented with driver in the summertime. 150 euro for an 2 hour excursion to the city center, including wine/beer and snacks. Other things to note If come by car, park the car in a parking place 150 meter from the house and walk down to the house. The last track is a bit steep.
