Other things to note In order to offer accommodation for long periods at a reasonable price, electricity is not included in the price of the night. Water is included. The apartment is very well insulated and everyone can therefore adapt their electricity expenses as they see fit. A sub-meter is located on the ground floor of the house and allows you to monitor electricity consumption. A meter reading is taken at check-in and check-out of each stay. An additional fee will be requested from Airbnb upon checkout for payment of your consumption. Photos of the meter will be taken upon arrival and departure.
