Luxury 2BedRoom EMPRESS~your home in CITY Centre

This is a luxury room with exclusive views of the presidential palace. It offers a hotel standard queen sized bed, a chaise lounger a large wardrobe & piano. It can be rented separately or together with the second Emperor room as an entire apartment. Our apartment is newly refurbished to a luxury standard for utmost comfort during your stay & consists of two large rooms, a designer bathroom, airconditioned kitchen and living room. We welcome you to our home & wish you pleasant stay! The space This room offers a designer Italian Queen sized bed, extra large wardrobes, and a chill-out reading space by the windows. The view out of the windows is incredible - it overlooks the presidential palace gardens and you can therefore enjoy an undisturbed stay without any neighbours peeking into the windows. The room is south-facing so you will be woken up by the sun tickling your nose(s) :) The designer bathroom, which is shared with the guests of the other room, has both a rain shower and a bath at your disposal, and conveniently offers two sinks. We particularly LOVE the designer rest sofa underneath the Marilyn print. The kitchen was designed to offer the utmost comfort, and provides all the essential utilities and utensils. Some sweet and savoury goodies are provided to get you started on your trip to our beautiful capital, so please feel free to help yourselves to cornflakes, sweets and biscuits which await you on the counter. Basic condiments can also be found in the cupboards. There is a dishwasher for you to use, you will find the dishwasher tablets and shine product under the sink. The kitchen has aircon, which is top end range and COOLS DOWN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT once on & with all windows closed. The living room is shared with guests of the other room. It offers a beautiful two and single seater Chesterfield style sofas, where you can enjoy your favourite book. Should you wish to use the washing machine, please contact us. WIFI info and QR code are provided in the kitchen on the fridge. PLEASE BE MINDFUL of: * plastic water dam type stoppers in the shower just by the chair - do not hurt your toes (it is a necessary measure for a beautiful walk-in shower); * the glass shower screens in the bathroom- you may not quite see them as they are sparkling clean :) ; and * the designer chair in the bathroom- please keep water off it so it does not get damaged.
