Swimming Pools - Tennis court, badminton - Gazebo -Cafeteria - Children's playground and garden Overnight vehicle parking (paid according to the provisions of the secure parking manager) Other things to note During the new normal we use Philips UVC disinfectant tools as well as household cleaners & disinfectant liquids in general in frequently touched areas according to government health protocols. So far we require every overnight guest to comply with the rental rules including personal and room cleanliness, but of course there is no 100% guarantee that the room will be virus-free. F.A.Q Host Rules, MUST read and agree to : 1. Airbnb is not a hotel and not an oyo / red doorz platform or the like So there is no daily cleaning of the unit or changing towels, during the current new normal we also don't provide toothpaste, toothbrushes and soap, please prepare your own. For mattresses , and towels we will prepare according to the number of guests registered (maximum 2 guests). 2. Due to the bad experience of other host friends regarding the apartment environment, we have set the Unit for daily rent for clear reasons and not to break the law. Not for hourly rentals / transit / rentals to others with illegal activities such as drunk parties, prostitution and gambling. All forms of illegal activity will be processed with applicable criminal law (sometimes building management with the police conduct raids!). 3. Do you accept reservations for unmarried couples? No ! every guest must have a personal ID & attach a valid ID and a VACCINE CERTIFICATE of at least 2 doses during the pandemic 4. Is it possible to check in early / check out late? Check in 2:00pm-6:00pm WIB Check out ONLY 12:00pm WIB For some reason outside of those hours, please communicate with us first :) 5. Can I accept reservations / payments outside of airbnb ? bank transfers? can I know the host's WA contact number? No! The reservation and payment process is only through Airbnb, Only confirmed reservations can contact us :) 6. Is check-in independent ? key retrieval do you need a receptionist / locker ? Our units are equipped with smart PINs for room entry/exit access, not physical keys. The PIN number is private and will be shared at check-in time, no lockers / receptionists are required. There are times when we will personally welcome each guest to verify the guest's identity. 7. Is it allowed to create content/vlog in the room? Every guest is required to comply with airbnb's house rules and rental rules from the host, all forms of commercial / pornographic content are NOT allowed 8. Is it a smart TV and can it be used for streaming ? The room unit is equipped with a 43" UHD Smart TV with local & international premium favorite channels as well as streaming apps such as Netflix , Prime Video, Disney+Hostar, Spotify, Youtube 9 Can I cook in the kitchen ? Of course you can! we prepare a stove and gas as well as plates, spoons and forks for cooking (note: gas for cooking is subject to an additional charge).
