You will need to use a flight of stairs to enter the building. This unit is on the 3rd floor. Once inside there is living area with a double bed, a twin bed, two large closets, full size bathroom with a claw-style bathtub/shower, kitchen with stove, fridge etc. Your welcome to use anything in the apartment. Guest access -laundry room is shared in the basement -Backyard for entertaining or smoking -Anything in the apartment Other things to note There are 7 stairs from the street to the front door of the building. Once inside, there are 6 stairs up to 1st flr & 16 stairs up to 2nd flr and another 16 stairs up to the 3rd floor, apartment #11 is on the third floor. There is free street parking on the right side of the street. Please do not block any driveways as home owners will have your car towed. there is additional Street parking at the end of the block around the corner
