This is a non-smoking property 2. This is a calm and family-oriented neighborhood. 10PM – 6AM quiet hours please 3. The villa road is bit narrow compared to the main roads which keeps the heavy traffic away! You can comfortably drive a SUV/Van through this road, but could be challenging at times when bikes/cars improperly parked by the roadside! You may also prefer to park your SUV/cars in the main road which is couple houses away! 4. One bed room in ground floor, two bed rooms and the game rook in first floor 5. There is no lift/elevator. If you have aged parents/senior citizens in your group, please make sure they are comfortable with stairs. 6. Parking and baggage assistance providing during check-in and check-out. 7. Please provide ETA at your earliest on the day of check-in, for a smooth check-in process 8. Please keep all doors and windows closed all time 9.
