Lübeck is ideally accessible by train in 30 minutes. Sierksdorf train station is 800 m from the apartment. The nearby beach invites you to take a walk. The space The apartment is located in a residential complex near the Hansapark. The apartment (for 4 people) has two bedrooms (1x double bed 180B; 2 single beds 90x190B) and in the living room would still be a comfortable sofa bed. The living room is about 30 square meters and offers a dining room and a living area with a large panoramic window and views from the 12 + 1st floor directly to the Baltic Sea. The living area is laid out with a new carpet. A SMART TV with DVD recorder is available. Wifi is available for free. The partially open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and a new combination oven with microwave, hot air and steam cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped. (dishes, coffee machine, French press coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, hand mixer, blender, pots, pans, cold cuts cans, etc.) The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a large shower, wide sink and towel heating. A hair dryer is available. The storage room has space for your utensils and there is also the washing machine. The balcony extends across the entire width of the apartment. You can enjoy the sun there from morning to early afternoon. An umbrella is of course available. The apartment also has its own parking space on a parking deck, which can only be reached with a transponder. This is placed in the apartment. We can also offer you 2 bicycle parking spaces. These are located in the underground car park, which is accessible via a locked door. A bike from us is at your disposal there. The house also has 2 elevators and is accessible. The children can have fun right behind the house on the edge of the forest on the playground. A cot is available. Unfortunately, the installation is only possible in the living room for space reasons. The house also includes a public indoor swimming pool. This is a 2-minute walk from the house. The entrance fees can be found on the notice or the website (swimming pool Panoramic) The beach is about 350 meters (8-10 minutes) on foot. You don't have to cross a road. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and not suitable for pets. Extra charges: Final cleaning is included and will be charged directly through the Airbnb booking. Linens and towels are not included in the price and can be booked if needed. (Separate billing). Access through the gate is controlled by a transponder, which is available in the apartment. It should be noted that there is paid parking in front of the house. You can park there free of charge for up to 1 hour and 59 minutes. If the house rules are not observed, a parking fee will be charged, which is beyond our control. If you arrive with more than a 2nd car, we ask for feedback so that we can book an inexpensive parking space for you. Parking is available in front of the house for loading and unloading. These are free in the first 2 hours. Guest access The apartment is used completely alone. Shortly before arrival, you will receive the access data to the house from us. The key is stored in a key safe, which you will place there again upon departure. Upon departure, please hang the transponder for the parking deck back in the apartment on the key board. In front of the house it is possible to park for free for up to 2 hours. Ideal for loading and unloading the car. Other things to note Sierksdorf is a small place and has little infrastructure. Bakeries and supermarkets are 3 km away in Neustadt or Haffkrug. Bicycles brought with you can only be connected to the building in the public bike racks. Or in our bicycle parking space (locked) in the underground parking garage in a separate bicycle cellar. Our places are visible with a sign. These are, of course, available to you free of charge.
