Central Attic apartment, just minutes to the Pier.

This Bright and Quirky 1-bedroom, Attic, 4th floor flat is cute and comfy. It is a stone's throw from the Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion. It is in a very fun and busy neighbourhood. Shops and Bars all a short walk away ! Ideal for a couple but will accommodate up to 3 guests with a fold out, single bed in the open plan living area. This flat is on the 4th floor of the house and has LOW CEILINGS in the eaves as pictured ! The space This funky attic apartment is super central and is just a stone's throw from the Beach, Pier and the Pavilion. It is a comfortable and cozy one-bedroom apartment with an en-suite wet-room and can accommodate up to 3 guests, but as an attic flat our ceilings are low in areas and being on the 4th floor, it might not be suitable for very tall guests or those with mobility issues. It includes an open plan kitchen/Living space with everything needed including an equipped kitchen, sofa, table and chairs set and a small smart TV. We welcome any well-behaved, clean, pets. There is a £40 fee per pet per stay charge. If you would like bowls and pet blankets provided please ask Sarah ! If you would like to add a special occasion package or additional supplies such as food supplies, please ask Sarah to make the arrangements. We leave basics to get you started and there is a supermarket at the top of the road for any supplies you need for your self catering stay. Please see the 2 other apartments in the our home if you are looking for a larger space. Guest access Out home consists of 3 apartments. They all share a communal entrance leading to each private apartment. There is limited street parking but the area can get very busy as we are so close to the seafront and Pier. Please ask Sarah for her parking information sheet to help decide what options you have. Other things to note Please note, our cancellation policy is strict. We do allow guests to change dates though but obviously the fees may increase subject to the dates chosen. Please ensure you purchase the required travel insurance to cover your stay, should it not be possible. Check IN: After 3:00 pm Check OUT: Before 11:00 am Early check ins and late check outs can be booked and are charged at £20 per hour. Pets are welcome but a £40 fee is chargeable per pet. Please note we do not allow bikes or scooters to be bought into the property or bags to be left early. There is no space in the communal entrance to store anything. Access is at the check in time agreed. Please note the pictures whilst a reflection of the property, the sofa is different to that pictured. It's a low level 2 seater tan leather sofa that better suits the attic. The folding single bed added in the living area is smaller than a single bed. Whilst we have added extra layers it does not have a traditional mattress so maybe not suit everyone. Please note the TV is a smart with apps to log into but no terrestrial TV is available. Long stay guests, longer than 10 days are required to look after our home by cleaning once a week and using viakal in wet areas to avoid limescale build up which can cause damage due to the hard water in this area. Please note due to the eaves and ceiling height this may be an issue for taller people hence be aware of the eaves height when standing. Please note our cleaning fee includes all additional fees we have to cover as we have not broken this down into separate categories as can be shown in Airbnb now. Please also note if staying for Pride during the 1st weekend in August, our home is located in the closed Street Party zone hence you will need street party tickets to access this zoned area. The area will be extremely busy and access at times may be difficult.
