From the living area you can access the private furnished balcony facing south from which Lake Como is practically at your feet. Washing machine, dishwasher and WIFI available. The area is ideal for exploring, by ferry, car or train, the picturesque villages, basilicas and wonderful villas and gardens of the area (for example: Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa D'Este, Villa Olmo, Villa Monastero...). For those who love active holidays and sports, Lake Como offers endless possibilities: in addition to all kinds of water sports, there are many hiking trails and cycling routes of various levels of difficulty. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. A grocery store is just around the corner (about an 8-minute walk). The beds will be ready upon arrival and for each guest we provide a set of towels. Dogs are also welcome guests in our area and can happily accompany their families on vacation.
