The perfect villa for your next getaway to Coffs Harbour. Situated in a quiet, yet central area of Coffs Harbour, you’ll find everything for a great holiday. Bright and clean, with sunny outdoor spaces. It is a short, level walk to Park Beach, the Jetty and restaurants. Villa 2 also available, great for the extended family (the same great location) search "Centrally located Villa 2" The space The villa is fully furnished and is located in one of Coffs Harbour best kept secret neighbourhoods. The kitchen and living room are bright, sunny and meticulously clean, perfect for families and couples alike. The villa is equipped with ducted aircon, 2 x TVs and free WIFI The kitchen has all your cooking necessities including a pantry of staples, tea and coffee. There’s also a Weber Baby Q for those outdoor BBQs. There are 2 separate bedrooms including a master queen with smart tv, and a double bedroom with courtyard outlook. We also have a sofa bed in the lounge room, great for young ones or extra guests. Linen and towels are provided. The bathroom contains all the amenities you may need for your stay, including hairdryer and bathroom products. There are 2 courtyards at the villa, 1 opening up from the living space that catches plenty of sun. The other courtyard is fully fenced and secure. A great play area for kids and includes a sandpit, grassed area, table and chairs. The outdoor courtyard is pet friendly. Pets are welcome during your stay, however they must remain outside. BILL’S Villa 1, is located a short drive to the Big Banana Coffs Harbour’s most famous tourist attraction. The Dolphin Marine Conservation park is nearby with daily dolphin shows and you can even swim with the dolphins. Located an easy 10 minute walk away. The lifeguard patrolled Park Beach is also a short walk and Coffs Creek is great for canoeing and stand up paddle boarding, just a 200m walk to a landing platform on the creek. On Sunday morning the local produce market is held at the Coffs Jetty foreshores, a leisurely 15 minute walk. The Coffs creek picnic area with children’s playground is also a 10 minute walk away and on Friday nights the Twilight food markets are held with a great selection of food and live music playing. Guest access The villa has a secure garage and plenty of off-street parking for boats or trailers. Other things to note Pets are welcome just let us know when you book. Also advising how many pets. Please note that extra charges may apply for guests with more than one pet. It would be appreciated if pets are not left unattended at the property.
