"COLLE" is an ancient Country House (XV century) entirely refurbished and located on the beautiful hills behind Fiesole, at 18 Km from Florence, immersed into centenary woods, vineyards and olive groves. The space “Colle 1” is a large house (120 Sqm) with a maximum of 9 sleeps (7 permanent beds + 2 additional beds if required). The house is composed by: Ground Floor: large sitting room with fireplace, 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs- kitchen-diner, wood dining table, cupboard, fridge, sink, 4 burner gas hub and oven, dishwasher, the whole under an old large hood - 1 bedroom with 2 beds (also double bed) and 1 additional single bed - 1 large bathroom (washbasin, shower, wc, bidet). First Floor: 2 twin rooms with 2 beds each (also double beds) + 2 beds to be added upon request (one in each room), cupboards - 1 large bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet, and washing machine. Outside: in front of the entrance door a farmyard covered with terracotta tiles, and a table with chairs, are suitable for living and eating outside, under a large sun-umbrella. On the lawn, next to the pool, a sun-umbrella and sun-beds with beach chairs for sunbathing are at the guests' disposal. Facilities: Included: complete inside furnitures, Kitchen equipment - hot water - electricity - gas for cooking- toilet paper – hair dryer – satellite TV - WI FI internet - kitchen tools - tableware – reserved parking. Guest access Wide and beautiful areas available for guests, into a wonderful nature. The swimming pool, dipped into a large, gently sloping lawn, surrounded by flowers, olive trees, cypress and forest trees, is completely isolated from the house. Its clear water reflects the colours of the surrounding environment with very pleasant effects. The pool measures 5x10 mt (1,45 mt deep) and is at exclusive use of the guests and the owners. Parasols, deckchairs and sun-beds are at guests' disposal on a lawn surrounded by wide spaces where nature lovers can sunbathe laying on the grass, in direct contact with nature. Wide areas in the shadows can be enjoyed for reading and meditation. In order to avoid disturbance, playgrounds for kids and adults are located in isolated spaces. Other things to note The rental is carried out directly by the owners who are staying at their COLLE family house, during some parts of the year. The houses are temporary rented to the Tenant, as a home for tourism (according to: Art.57 TRL n° 42.200 - and Art.1/2/c, L.n°431-1988), and are closed during winter months.
