Private cottage in Dutch landscape, near Amsterdam

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam. The space When the architect designed this cottage 18 years ago, the most important starting point for us was the view over the water. The cottage has two large sliding doors through which the length direction of the water seems to be continued. The light also strikes surprisingly in the different rooms on differant places. The architect has translated the local traditional building style into the present. The cottage stands on a yard together with a larger house. They are designed in conjunction. Guest access At the front of the cottage is a garden with terrace. Here are nice chairs and table. The terrace is accessible from the cottage. The terrace has a view over the water. There are three canoes to use. From the terrace you can board the canoes. Other things to note There are no stores here in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping center can be reached by bus 301 and 307 , a 7-minute drive away. If you want, we can also provide some first food in the fridge. if you send us a list, then we buy it and we calculate it later. My and my son live in the same yard where the cottage is.
