Spacious 1 bedroom apartment at on Kovalam Beach, located 150 metres from Covelong Surf Point, suitable for 2-4 people (small group or a small family). It has 2 balconies with sea view and access to the rooftop which provides a bird's eye view of Covelong Bay ideal to watch the sun rise over The Bay of Bengal and listen to the sound of the waves from the apartment! The space The apartment consists of a Living room, Kitchenette, a bedroom with an attached bathroom and 2 balconies that provide a view of the sea. The living room consists of a 4 seater wooden sofa with cushions, a 2 seater sofa cum bed and a coffee table. There is no Television. The dining space has a 4 seater dining table set and a small refrigerator (220 liters) . The bedroom has a cupboard and a double bed which can accomodate 2 people comfortably. Any additional people (max 2) can be accomodated with the sofa cum bed in the living room. There are no air conditioners but opening up the french windows in the Living room and the bedroom provides good cross ventilation across the apartment. At present there isn't a wifi connection but a 4g wifi dongle can be provided. Sim card must be brought by the guest. Guest access The guests can have access to the sea view restaurant and cafe, children's play area. Other things to note This apartment is managed individually and hence it does not include housekeeping services.
