Small independent house completely renovated and with contemporary decoration, on a beautiful property dating from 1925. This accommodation is equipped with an efficient air conditioning system. On the ground floor, there is the bright living room with fitted kitchen area, dining room, living room and convertible sofa offering 2 additional good quality beds. Beautiful bathroom with WC. The bedroom is on the mezzanine with sloping ceilings (a 140 cm bed). Private terrace with garden furniture, table chairs parasol. The saltwater swimming pool area is a real haven of peace, with free access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wine tasting and introductory course in oenology (optional) Bike or tandem rental on site to take full advantage of road cycling and the hundreds of kilometers it offers from our property. Parking in front of the property and walled inner courtyard For a comfortable and pleasant stay, we are particularly at your disposal, because we live on site. Guest access You have private accommodation with all the necessary comfort. You also have access to our 3000 m² park, our saltwater swimming pool (from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), our shop (wine cellar) and can take advantage of the introductory oenology courses that we offer (by reservation and paid courses). Other things to note Our cottage being completely new and renovated, we are particularly attached to cleanliness, calm and respect for the place.
