En-suite room ideal location for Airport

Well equipped ground floor double room with private shower room, approximately 25 minutes drive from Edinburgh airport and on a main bus route to the city centre. The space I have a lovely ground floor double room available in our family home. The bedroom is completely private with a lockable door. It is bright, modern and has an en-suite private shower room which includes a non-slip walk-in shower with curtains, a wash-hand basin and a toilet. Shower gels/soaps, shampoos and various toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with fresh clean bed linen and pillows to ensure you have a relaxing night’s sleep. There is a large wardrobe with drawers so there is plenty of room to hang up clothing. The room also has a hairdryer, a first aid kit (we hope not needed), a kettle with tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit, 2 large comfortable chairs to relax in, and WiFi access at any time of the day or night. The shower room adjoins the bedroom and is totally private and exclusive for your own personal use during your stay. Outside the house there is free, safe, on-street parking. Please note there are no kitchen facilities. Getting around is really simple. We are very close to a bus stop from which you can take a 29 bus and be in the city centre in about 25 minutes. Also, from my home you can make a 10 minutes walk to another bus to get the Airport 17 bus. The journey time to Edinburgh Airport is also about 25 minutes depending on time of day and traffic conditions. I look forward to hosting you! Guest access Breakfast is not included however the room itself has a kettle; tea and coffee is provided, also biscuits and for guests staying longer we usually provide fruit…..apples, oranges, bananas etc. There is also a mini cooler/fridge and we leave bottled water in it. Please note that our tap cold water is absolutely safe to drink. Also, please note there are no kitchen facilities. During your stay I have spent over 16 years living in this beautiful city so I am very happy to assist with any queries regarding things to do or see in Edinburgh and the surrounding area.
