Other things to note The property is very secluded and quiet with all kinds of wildlife. The farmhouse is 80 years old and as with any old houses has a few imperfections. It is very functional, charming and cozy with a great fireplace and gorgeous screened in porch to watch the deer graze on the acres of open green space. There is a ping pong table in the garage.
