Beach house with spectacular sea views in Tywyn

Persawr y Mor is a lovely beach house situated in Tywyn where the mountains meet the sea on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, perfect for all to enjoy a relaxing holiday or activity break. Spectacular sea views and glorious sunsets can be enjoyed from the first floor balcony or garden patio while dolphins can sometimes be seen swimming and at play. The sandy beach is a few steps away across the pedestrian promenade, ideal for swimming, surfing, fishing or just watching the waves. The space The house is upside down with the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and the sitting/dining room and kitchen upstairs to take full advantage of the glorious views. The sitting /dining room has 2 sofas and a table and chairs for 4 and has wonderful views over Cardigan Bay from the balcony, perfect for watching the ever changing seas and skies and hopefully spotting a dolphin or two! The sunsets can be amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc and has a view of the mountains. The main bedroom has a double bed with a sea view while the bunk room has 2 full size single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, washbasin and W.C. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note Change over days are Saturdays but short breaks are available in the low season (November to March) or at other times at short notice. Minimum stay 3 nights. Check in time is 4pm, check out 10am unless otherwise arranged. No changeover on Sundays
