Each bedroom is generously sized and filled with natural light: The primary suite includes a queen bed, full-size sleeper sofa, a cozy child’s bed/lounge, and an en-suite white marble bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The lower-level bedroom features a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a full tub—great for guests or added privacy. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed, writing desk, and plenty of sunlight, making it perfect for work or rest. Guest access There are no shares spaces inside the home: kitchen, bedrooms, and living room is entirely private. The unit is upstairs. I live downstairs and am available for any questions, needs or recommendations. I give my guests full privacy. Yard is also gated and private. Occasionally you may see me in the yard watering, or attending to a plant, of which I will give you advance notice if I need to go in, and the gardeners come twice a month on Friday, but for the most part you have full privacy. We also have exterior extermination once a month, I will let you know if you happen to be there when that happens. There is no onsite parking but plenty of free street parking with no restrictions Other things to note Additional Details to Know Before You Book: The backyard offers stunning views of the mountains, Glendale, and even the freeway. With that view comes some freeway noise, which many guests describe as a soothing, white noise backdrop. If you're particularly sensitive to this type of sound, this may not be the right fit for you. The primary bedroom, which faces the yard, experiences this ambient noise as well—while the other two bedrooms remain quiet and peaceful. The home is located in a highly walkable neighborhood, perfect for exploring on foot. Do note that the property sits atop a hill with a steep driveway, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. You’ll be close to the Silverlake Reservoir, a favorite local spot for running, walking, or relaxing with children, pets, or solo. Parking is easy and free! There’s ample street parking with no restrictions. The steep driveway can be used for loading and unloading, but please avoid leaving your car there for more than 20 minutes, as it is regularly in use. You can ask for early check-in and it can be granted on a case by case basis. 1-2 hours early check in is $50.00 extra 3-4 hours is $100.00 extra. I provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and basic toiletries as starter supplies for your stay. For longer visits, please note that you may need to purchase refills if you run out.
