Located in Quinçay on a closed plot (3,000 m2) 11 km from the center of Poitiers and 20 minutes from the Futuroscope, this authentic 250 m2 country house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It consists of 2 large bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets and 2 others with 1 shared bathroom and toilet. Large living/dining room, large living room with pool table and veranda. Private south-facing pool with sun loungers. Guest access Entire place The pool is not available between September 15 and May 31. Other things to note The keys are handed over through our neighbor Claudine. I will give you her cell phone number a few days before your arrival. Optional: We offer a linen service (bed linen + towels) + floor cleaning package for a total amount of €150 to be paid on site upon check-in. You will need to leave the bathrooms, kitchen (dishes, utensils, stove, oven and fridge, barbecue) in perfect condition upon your departure. All beds have duvets. Dish towels and cleaning products are provided.
