A stylish, comfy family home a stone's throw from Hove beach and local shops, set on a wide tree lined street in a family neighbourhood within walking distance of vibrant central hove and a short bus ride into central Brighton. The space Our house is very spacious and homely with many original Victorian features such as open fireplaces, high ceilings, wooden floors and sash windows. It has a really warm, welcoming and comfortable feel. The front door is set back from the pavement at the end of an original Victorian path with no steps. There are beautifully maintained front and back gardens. The decked back garden can be accessed through patio doors from the kitchen. Our home is east facing, so gets full sun till around 3pm. Take advantage of our small but beautifully formed decked area with bistro table and chairs, a Webber BBQ and lounger chairs and bean bag and enjoy this lovely sun trap. Our location is great; Looking South the sea is at the end of the road with the beach, tennis codurts, bowls and croquet lawns, Pitch and Putt golf, and the Lagoon Water Sports with wake boarding and windsurfing centre, playground and paddling pool and mini golf, ramble tennis tables, trampolines and some great cafes and restaurants all within a short promenade along the seafront. Go north and at the top of the road you will find local shops, pubs and restaurants are a short walk away. These include a Sainsbury and Co-Op local as well as boutiques, up a post office, pharmacy, cash machines and a park for the children with a great cafe. You can also walk east along Church Road to the many shops in Hove, a large supermarket, and a wide choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes, wine bars, etc. Other things to note On road parking requires you to have a permit or pay using machines on the street. This is the case with our home but if you wish we can provide you with daily parking permits. They are £4 per day (much better value than using a meter.) No smoking please. We have a big walk in shower in the bathroom rather than a bath tub. There is a travel cot available. No stag or Hen parties
