It's a small home & perfect for a single family with either young children or teens as it has a huge backyard and, alfresco area, plus 2 x bathrooms & loos. Super convenient to town for shopping, or yoga and other outings in town & not having to compete for parking! The space Wintersun Cottage is a quaint, rammed earth home very close to Dunsborough CBD and the beach. The cottage is on a generous sized block and surrounded by a mature garden, with lots of trees, bamboo and citrus trees. Inside, there are 3 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms, a living area, kitchen and laundry. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, stove top, oven and large fridge, plus, an array of cooking utensils, pots and pans and crockery to prepare home cooked meals. A BBQ and undercover alfresco area is the perfect entertaining area, or location for family meals. The open plan living area (small in size) has a potbelly for winter, plus dining room table, TV and couch. Down the hall are the three bedrooms, laundry and bathrooms. Each room comes with bed linen and we offer towels per person as well. A permanent tenant lives at the rear of the property but, you are unlikely to come into contact with him as he works away, and his entry (and yours) is separate and private. Wintersun Cottage is a great small family home and as the yard is secure, we will consider pets, please contact us in regards to this. The home can easily accommodate a family or 4 or 6.
