23m² room with its own bathroom, in the basement of a townhouse located in Nievenheim (Dormagen), a very quiet village, 10 minutes walk from the station, trains: S11 every 20 minutes to Cologne (Hauptbahnhof 37 minutes/Messe 40 minutes) or Düsseldorf (Hauptbahnhof/Flughafen) or Neuss or Dormagen.
