Additionally cleaning service are available upon request during your stay. We speak German, English and Spanish. The space General: The house is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a garden space where you have the opportunity to retire or be together with your family or group of people whenever you desire it. In summer, there is also the opportunity to have a refreshing bath for small and big human beings in a small pool. Watching a movie or listening to music while reading a book on the attic floor or in the living room without being disturbed or disturbing its a basic concept of the house distribution. Parking opportunities are directly in front of the house or you can open the gate and enter the car to the ramp in front of the garage. During the summer months, July - September, a small pool of 3 m x 1,20 m is usable in the garden. The house provides an excellent Internet connection so that everybody in a big group has enough capacity (600 MBit fiberglass down and upstream) to surf. In the garden, you have the opportunity to have your barbecue. Then you can decide if you want to eat inside or on the covered terrace. I have to point out that the house is the place where I live, but due to my job, I am very often for long periods abroad. It is important to point out that the house is therefore not comparable with a hotel where you just find furniture and everything is empty. Important to mention is that dogs are not allowed. Guest access Guest will access all the space of the house. Registration Details Valencia - Regional registration number Exempt - seasonal rental
