The kitchen-cum-living room is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and a cozy dining area and offers a sofabed, the kitchen area is spatially separated from the living area. The space Our apartments Rosenhof are located near the Mayrhofen center, surrounded by a large garden with natural swimming pond, hut sauna, children's playground. The breathtaking Zillertal mountain panorama, our location and the good connection to the bus / train network invite to discover the adventure and the energy source mountain in summer and winter. The comfortably furnished apartments with bedroom, kitchen, bath / WC and balcony to the self-supply let you start well-recovered in unforgettable experiences. Around the house is a spacious garden with a private children's playground, as well as with sunbathing lawn and terrace. Guest access The apartment is completely enclosed and is only available to our guests. Please note that we charge a cleaning fee for the final-cleaning. If further cleaning is required due to coarser soiling, additional cleaning fees will be charged. Other things to note The apartment is a self-catering accommodation. If breakfast is desired, it is only possible on request and for a fee in the main house Birkenhof. Opposite of our house is a bakery, which offers from 6.00 in the morning all necessary food for breakfast, as well as fresh rolls. Approximately 4 minutes walk away you will find a supermarket.
