Our recently renovated home is nestled into a friendly, quiet, and well-established neighborhood. Located in a centralized area of Lynchburg, most desired destinations are only a few minutes drive away. Restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, banks, and local colleges are all within a 6-14 minute drive. There are also a number of recreational parks & trails within walking or short driving distance (Linkhorne playground, Black Water Creek, Peaks View Park, Riverside Park). The space Completely renovated kitchen - open layout, all new cabinetry & appliances, recessed can lighting, open shelving, copper farmhouse sink. Entirely overhauled hall bathroom - herringbone floor, all new plumbing, dual-flush efficient toilet, custom built vanity, tub-to-ceiling subway tiling. Guest access The entire main level of the home is accessible. The master bathroom is in the process of being renovated and may not be fully functional at the time of your stay (see "Other things to note" section). Other things to note Bathroom in master suite is currently under renovation and may not be finished by the time of your stay. I will be able to provide you with an update before your arrival as to what features will be accessible in the master bath. Sunroom is also under renovation but can be passed through freely to access the back deck.
