A private room with toilet located at the central of Penang Island known as "Air Itam" town. The room has window view facing the far view of residential area. Air itam, comparatively, is not as busy as to other popular tourist centric area; it is moderately less busy area, not so crowded, good for free and easy life style, surrounded by mountains and valleys and it comes with a few attraction places to visit. The space *** Note: *** We are taking Extra Care & Steps to our Cleaning & Sanitizing protocol applying to our Property Spaces in order to keep our Guests safe in response to the Covid-19. *** End Note *** This room has window, slightly bigger than our standard room, and it has a air-conditioning unit, private toilet, shampoo, towel, hair dryer, local satellite TV programs, LED TV, reading table and most importantly a comfortable bed for good sleep and rest. Guest access In house guests can have access to our shared water dispenser (hot and normal drinking water), refrigerator, WIFI internet, high table & chair, self service mini bar and coffee corner by the small garden. During your stay We will be arround most of the time during office hour from 8am - 5pm. Off day on Sunday. Other things to note Explore Penang the Local Way!
