Near the heath and forest is our beautiful spacious characteristic villa with 3 floors in 't Gooi. 10 minutes by bike to the train station in the direction of Amsterdam and Utrecht (20minutes). At 10 minutes walking distance from forest and heath, and close to Amsterdam/Utrecht. It is a cozy and light family home with every comfort. The house has 4 sleeping rooms.The house has a large front garden and spacious driveway (2-3 cars) and a sunny back garden with a lounge set and large dining table. The space An L-shaped large livingroom with large corner sofa, large dining table and separate play/work corner. Modern kitchen diner with dining table with all kitchen appliances. In the utility room a 2nd fridge and freezer. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms (master bedroom king size bed and bedroom with single bed), with modern bathroom (walk-in shower, large bath and sink for 2) and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms (bedroom with bed 1.2m wide and bedroom with bed 1.4m wide). A maximum of 5 sleeping places in total.
