Our bright, plantiful 1 bedroom apartment with reverse cycle air conditioning puts you in the heart of one of Melbourne's hippest suburbs. Situated on the border of Elwood and Ripponlea Villages, with the beach and Foreshore trail a short stroll away, cafes and eateries galore, an abundance of parks and nature walks to choose from and public transport at your doorstep taking you straight into the CBD in under 15 minutes (by train), you'll love our little abode so much you won't want to leave. The space Our apartment is situated on the second floor (up 2 flights of stairs) in a secure block of apartments with free onsite parking around the back accessible via laneway. The apartment features a spacious and sunny living area, separate kitchen with breakfast bar and an electric stove and oven. The bedroom also has an abundance of natural light and built in wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and toilet. For your comfort we also have a heated towel rack as well as cord heater above the door during colder winter months. The laundry is separate to the apartment (just outside the front door) and you will have access to your own washing machine but no dryer (a clothes rack will be provided). The apartment is situated at the back of the block so is very quiet and looks out to rooftops and treetops. Free street parking is available outside the building on Byron Street or you can park your car in the private carpark at the back of the block (accessible via Laneway off Mason Street). Did we mention that our apartment is ideally located for an unbeatable lifestyle close to Brighton Road trams (one tram straight to the city!), Ripponlea Station (one train straight to Flinders Street Station), St Kilda Botanical Gardens and the beach not to mention the shops and foodie vibes in Ripponlea and Elwood Villages, Acland street and Carlisle street. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment. Other things to note Whilst our apartment is an older style apartment, we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our apartment and modern furnishings. Laini has a bit of a penchant for interior styling and has gone for a modern-boho look with an abundance of greenery. Laini has taken a lot of pride in pulling together the decorative features of the apartment - some which have been thrifted or purchased second hand. Many of the plants she propagated herself during lockdown.
