Welcome to our home. A warm & colourful converted ground floor flat with raised deck area & garden. A lovingly created family home, we welcome other families & couples to enjoy our space. We love exploring & having adventures, which is where we will be while you're having your own in our beautiful local area. The space A light & sunny space with 2 double bedrooms situated in a quiet road with driveway parking for one car & lots of free parking on the road outside. The lounge is light & airy with dining table & chairs for 4, with a large comfy sofa. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher & everything you need for a self catering stay. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The outside deck area has the full morning sun - perfect for al fresco breakfasts & chilled mornings. We are located in the centre of Southbourne, a coastal suburb of Bournemouth. Conveniently located for exploring the beautiful local area we are 10-15 minute walk from Pokesdown train station with direct links to London & further West towards Weymouth. Bournemouth is less than a 10 minute drive & only 1 stop away on the train. We are on a direct bus route to Bournemouth & Poole, Christchurch & the New Forest. A 10 minute walk takes you to Southbourne High Street with it's many eateries, bars, coffee shops, microbreweries, boutique & independent shops & the other local amenities you may need such as supermarkets, post office & chemist . Another 5 minute scenic walk from the High Street will bring you to Southbourne Overcliff which leads down to the award winning Blue Flag beach. To your left is Hengistbury Head with views of the Isle of Wight & to your right is Boscombe Pier & Surf Reef with Bournemouth & Sandbanks in sight. Nestled between the famous New Forest National Park (30 minutes drive or catch the train to Brockenhurst) in one direction & in the other direction the World Heritage Jurassic Coast (around 1 hours drive or catch the train the Wareham & pick up a bus). We are conveniently located for everything the South Coast of Dorset has to offer. I've lived here most of my life so know the area pretty well... please just ask if you need some help or advise planning your trip. I follow AirBnB’s enhanced cleaning protocol . I provide additional cleaning supplies so you can clean throughout your stay if you so wish. Self check in. Own separate entrance. Guest access You can gain access through the front door which I share with my neighbour or the side gate provides own separate access via the back door. The deck & garden area are yours to use. Other things to note The driveway is shared with my neighbours. A standard car fits fine in the space, but estate cars or 4x4, will struggle to fit. There is plenty of free parking on the road should your vehicle not fit. Pokesdown is the closest train station & is a 15 minute walk away.
