Experience a clean, comfortable getaway minutes from downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach. We treat our guests like family and make sure you have everything you need to experience a fantastic stay. We are always updating to ensure our guests have the best experience. Perfect for a couple’s retreat, the space features a cozy living room opening to the bedroom with pocket doors, a small kitchen, and a full bath. Kitchen was totally remodeled with new appliances in March 2026. The space The space was my former artist studio, and is located on the edge of our property, with it’s own off-street parking. Very quiet, but just blocks from eateries and the neighborhood Publix. We try and provide an experience as if we were hosting our own family; plenty of towels, beach towels and chairs, along with snacks and drinks. Our backyard is a bird lover’s dream with mockingbirds, cardinals and the occassional sighting of our neighborhood ospreys. There is a nice patio to sit and drink your cup of coffee and we offer beach chairs and boogie boards to hit the beach with. We are onsite if issues arise, but strive to give our guests their privacy. Guest access THE LOCATION: We are tucked away on a quiet street, but are about 3 blocks from the neighborhood Publix and less than a block to Ozone’s Pizza (an eclectic pizza joint), The Burrow (a biergarten, cocktail lounge and kitchen) and Lamonte Gelato (for fantastic gelato)-- all in the Old Sacred Heart Building. Less than a mile away there is also a Mexican restaurant (Cactus Flower), a great pastry and sandwich shop (J’s), another cool brewery with a great food truck in the back (Alga Beer Co.) and a cool place to hang out (Jitterbug/Revolver Records) which has coffees, snacks and vinyl. We also have more parks than you can shake a stick at. All in walking distance. The beach is less than 10 miles away, downtown is less than 2 miles and the airport is 4 miles away. We are about a mile from the interstate and a mile from the 3-mile bridge. Other things to note CHECK-IN: on certain dates, we can allow for early check in or late check out, but please ask first!! May not be possible during summer months. We are not set up for children. We are not wheelchair accessible. PLEASE NOTE: You will be sharing the yard with us, and Rory, our lab, who loves people and a few roaming cats. We do strive to use the other parts of the yard while we have guests.
