Cozy chalet with wellness and beautiful views

Read the full description carefully before you book. Check-out on Sundays at 8 p.m., all other days at 10 a.m. The house can accommodate 16 people, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The different rooms were carefully decorated with wooden accents. This chalet is located near the cozy Dion (Beauraing) in a cul-de-sac street, in the middle of a ridge that forms the natural border between Belgium and France. The space The chalet has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a wellness area with sauna and hot tub, two terraces with beautiful views and a large garden with attractions for the children. Layout of the house Floor 0: * living room - dining room - kitchen - toilet - terrace with barbecue * fully fenced garden with play boat, ping pong table and petanque field * Bedroom 1: double bed (160cm) with private bathroom and toilet * Bedroom 2: double bed (160cm) with private bathroom and toilet * Bedroom 3: Double bed (160cm) with private bathroom and toilet Floor 1: * Relaxation room with foosball, sauna, hot tub and shower - terrace with beautiful views * bedroom 4: double bed (180cm) with private bathroom * Bedroom 5: double bed (180cm) + bunk bed (90cm) with private bathroom * Bedroom 6: double bed (160cm) + 2 x single bed (90cm) with private bathroom * 2 separate toilets *For coffee, there is a filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine available. **The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and washing dishes. Oil and spices are not provided. ***Down duvet dimensions: double bed = 240cm/220cm, single bed = 150cm/200cm. Guest access The house is fully and only accessible to our guests. In front of the house there is parking and plenty of parking space provided. Other things to note Check out: Check-out is always at 10:00 a.m. On Sundays, you can check out until 8 p.m. Consumption: Normal consumption of water, gas, electricity and wood is included in the total price. Charging electric cars is not included. There is a charging station available especially for guests with an electric car or plug-in hybrid. Only use this charging station to charge your car. Dogs: Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of €20 per dog (for extra cleaning). Payment can be made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels: This is a vacation home, not a hotel or bed & breakfast. Sheets, towels and soap are not included. You can rent bed linen at: - €8 per person for loose sheets - €10 per person for made-up beds upon arrival Let us know in advance which beds need to be made if you are with less than 12 people. Dimensions of duvets: double bed: 240 cm x 220 cm, single bed: 150 cm x 200 cm. Towels can be rented for €20 for 5 pieces. Payment can be made in cash or via Payconiq by Bancontact upon arrival. Kitchen and coffee: There is a filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and washing dishes. Oil and spices are not provided.
