Chez Mirabelle, 1700’s Restored Farmhouse

A restored 1700’s Farmhouse with private salt pool and gardens, situated in a Pretty French Village, with bakery, deli shop, butcher, bistro, hair dresser, village square and church, recreational area with large pond for fishing, tennis courts, boules and park equipment. Other small villages and towns nearby with traditional markets and supermarkets. Large choice of lovely beaches, as well as the Ile de Re and Ile d’Oleron within 1.5hrs driving distance. The space The house has been fully refurbished over the past three years and has all the modern accessories and equipment to ensure a pleasant stay! There are four bedrooms, three with en suite facilities, a well equipped kitchen, laundry and living area with a log burner. We have Free WIFI and invite you to bring your own Amazon fire stick to use on our TV, we have a DVD and Video recorder, with films and documentaries for your use and there is plentiful work space for your laptop. We also have books and games and a mini snooker table available. There is plenty of parking, a beautiful terrace, mature gardens, newly planted orchard, lawn and a stunning fenced salt pool 12m x 4m. We have some outdoor games, boules, tennis, fishing rods that we invite you to use. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry indoors and outdoors, the terrace, garden, 2x hangars and pool area. There will be two doors on the first floor that lead to loft spaces and some outbuildings including a small cottage that will be locked. Other things to note We can accommodate up to 12 people if requested.. If you are staying for over a week and require bed changes and cleaning an additional cleaning fee of £55 will be required.
