Hi,My flat is in a quiet neighbourhood,5 min walk from RegentsPark with panoramic views of Regents Park & city skyline. Nearest tube stations are 8min walk,Great Portland str & Regent's Park stations.4bus routes nearby. Bus Nr. 88 from Albany Street. Less than 5min walk. Bus Nr. 24,29,134 from Hampstead Road. Less than 10min walk. My flat is a 30 min walk from the West End & Soho.CamdenMarket,20 min walk.There is a supermarket,laundaret,pharmacy,cafe in my Str. The space My quarters are separated by sliding doors from the rest of the flat. So you have plenty of privacy. You have access to the kitchen & shower room. Guest access Kitchen. Please note, No cooking allowed. Making small lunch boxes, yes. Only use of microwave for making meals. You have access to the fridge & some other kitchen appliances. The reason why no cooking is allowed,because in the past,guests have set fire to my kitchen. Also done damages to kitchen appliances and worktops. Also, a little to many guests not cleaning their mess they created in the kitchen. Also, to many times guests have set off the smoke alarm in the middle of the night because they thought it was a good idea of cooking or making toast in the middle of the night. Bathroom is a shower room,with basin and toilet. Other things to note I just have to share this with all of you, I have been hosting for a long time,so believe me,I have seen it all,& some guests behaviour is just shocking & UNACCEPTABLE! So,let me remind you all, Staying in someone's private home where the host lives aswell & you will be sharing some of the facilities,it comes with responsibilities from both parties,that includes you the guest. So please show respect & take responsibility. Thank you. Also, This is a residential building. So if you are planning to go out & party until the early hours of the morning,then I am afraid my place isn't the right place for you to stay. And finally,about Jimmy (James).What he forgot to mention is that he upset the neighbours with his noise coming home in the middle of the night.Then to make thing's worse,he brought a prostitute into my home.Breaking one of the fundamental rules.YOU DO NOT bring a stranger into my home.You not only jeopardize my safety & violate my privacy.You will be banned from Airbnb. And I have the right to ask you to leave my property ASAP! Thank you for your understanding and I am looking forward hearing from you all.
