The house accommodates 2 people. The house has beautiful panoramic views, is close to excellent Chianti restaurants and is 20 minutes from the parking lot in downtown Siena. You will love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, the light, the people, the indoor spaces, the view, summer and winter, vineyards, olive groves. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and 4-legged friends. The space Stay in the center of Chianti, 15 km from Siena and with a beautiful summer pool. From the garden you can observe much of Chianti and see the city of Siena from above. The house guarantees absolute privacy within the garden of the property, among grassy paths, swimming pool and flower and herb bushes. There is exclusive use of the pool, located on a natural terrace overlooking the valley. Guest access You can also access all the daytime areas of the main house: the two living rooms, the dining room, the large and cozy kitchen, the huge garden, the pergola. Barbecue is possible. We live in the main house, but the guest area, well separated, is accessible for maintenance and cleaning.
