Feet in the water !

Situated in the protected area and in the privileged area of Cap Martin, in a Villa facing the mediterranean Sea, between the Principality of Monaco, Menton and Italy (10 minutes). The space Villa apartment in a pleasure and zen garden, facing the sea. In front of the house you have wonderful creeks with clear water for swimming, or if you prefer you can walk to the beach (5 minutes). We also have a nice walk on the "way of Corbusier" starts from our house and going till Monaco, passing by 2 wild beaches. Guest access you can have access to the apartment and the private solarium 50m². On the terrace : table, chairs, loungers. (see pictures) Other things to note pets = ok closed garage = 15€/day private parking : 10€/day We respect the discretion which certain hosts need :-) Our apartment is no smoking but you can smoke on the balcony looking at the sea !
