This stunning ‘bijou’ ground-floor studio apartment has recently been completely renovated, with no expense spared. Luxury retreat - ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway!! 3 minutes walk from Queen's University & 12 minute walk from Belfast City Hall - central to everything with loads of restaurants, shops, trendy bars and pubs, etc right on your doorstep! Strictly no parties or gatherings permitted. The space Small but perfectly formed best sums up this little gem! This compact apartment provides city centre, ultra modern living, with everything that you might need for a stay in the city. I love to travel and experience other cultures, and have developed a good idea for what is important when travelling, whether on a quiet city break, or work related. Check out my other listings - I’ve a couple of apartments in this building, and have been fortunate enough over the last number of months to have hosted a range of guests, including honeymooners, anniversary breaks, business travellers, parents with kids at uni, and of course, lots of people touring around Ireland who have made Belfast top of their to-do list (amongst others)!! Whether visiting Belfast in a work capacity, visiting friends or family, looking for a romantic/quiet break, or visiting one of the local universities, this apartment really will meet all your needs. The photographs really don't do it justice! This apartment is a compact studio - however, don’t be fooled by it’s size! It has everything that you might need for a quiet city break. For me, the most important features when booking a break are somewhere that’s clean and modern, a comfy bed and fantastic bathroom with good shower - something that this place provides, and more! The main living area provides a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the normal kitchenware - kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. However, with dozens of great local restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep it seems unlikely that you'll even need to cook! There’s also an integrated wardrobe and shelving unit. Also in this living space is a 2 seater sofa and flat-screen wall mounted TV (complete with Amazon Firestick). The double oak bed frame comes with a top of the range pocket sprung mattress, complete with pillow top - heavenly! The bathroom is second-to-none, and simply oozes opulence. The 2 person shower benefits from a top of the range jet shower, with side body jets, overhead rain drencher and hand receiver. All fixtures and fittings have been chosen with great care, and are on a par with that of a 5-star rated hotel. You will also find tea and great freshly ground coffee provided! And of course, there is also complimentary 350Mbps high speed fibre optic Wifi throughout the apartment. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment. There is also access to a separate laundry area to the rear of the building, with a washing machine and tumble dryer - this is a communal facility, shared between the 3 apartments in the building - helping to keep all noise and condensation inside apartments to a minimum. In terms of car parking, whilst there is not an assigned parking space for the apartment as such, there is plenty of free on-street parking in front of the building and on the surrounding streets. There is also paid parking (free 6pm - 8am) along Botanic Avenue.
