This modern, fully-equipped studio apartment (granny flat) offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The space You’ll be just a short drive from Wurtulla’s patrolled beach, Lake Kawana, Stockland Park, and SCUH Hospital — ideal for sports enthusiasts, event-goers, medical workers, or families visiting loved ones. Shops, restaurants, and major venues are all conveniently close. You may hear some daytime sounds, but we value a peaceful environment and maintain quiet evenings and mornings. Please Note: Quiet hours: 11pm–6am No smoking, parties, pets, or unregistered guests We look forward to hosting you for a restful, enjoyable stay! Guest access Shared access to the laundry, outdoor lounge, pool and outdoor shower. Other things to note *Please note FEB-MAY 2026 the pool water feature is undergoing maintenance, however it is still safe to use the pool. There is one step up on to the boardwalk (no ramp). The queen size bed design is slightly lower than standard. Guests with mobility concerns will need to consider these features when booking. I specify a minimum 3 nights booking but I’m happy to fill if there are days in between, please message me to arrange. Please be aware that if a guest leaves the apartment excessively dirty or cooks with strong smelling ingredients which cause the room to retain that smell, an extra cleaning fee of $250 will be charged through Airbnb for ‘bond’ cleaning/stream cleaning and ventilation time.
