Our home is nestled in a park space high in the trees. We love the peaceful nature of our space, conveniently located to I-5 and public transportation. We are located 20 minutes from downtown Portland. There are many walking trails in park-like settings. Whole Foods, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. The bedrooms have been completely renovated with new carpet, windows and furniture. The bathroom is also completely new, with all new fixtures, flooring and lighting. The room has a sink. The bathroom is shared with another room. The house is spacious and guests have access to two living room areas and the kitchen. And we have a beautiful deck that can be enjoyed. There are many lovely trails to walk. Susan and Paul work a home office and so will be available for helping guests figure out how to make the most of the stay in Portland. The bedrooms are very private and so guests can also enjoy a quiet setting. We are called the Hobbit neighborhood as many of the streets are named after the places in the Hobbit. Many types of beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers abound in our quiet neighborhood. Whole Foods, REI, and a large movie theater are all within walking distance. We are within walking distance of public transportation (bus) and have easy access to I-5. Wine country is a 30 minute drive from our home. The room has a sink in it and the bathroom is shared with another room.
