Bright studio just outside Kensington Market

Enjoy your stay at this cute little studio apartment in the heart of Downtown Toronto. You will be central and within walking distance to transit (1 minute), Kensington market (5 minutes), Chinatown (1 minute) and so many shops, restaurants, bars and parks. You will love this location! The space Studio fits comfortably 1 person, but can accommodate 2 people, just keep in mind the space is extremely small (220 square feet). Full bathroom and kitchen, double bed, full closet with sliding glass doors and dining table/desk. Please note that the photos have not recently been updated, but changes to the decor have been made, including a brand new bed frame, bedding, and dining table which doubles as a desk. The kitchen includes a full size stove/oven, a mini fridge, a chest freezer, and an electric kettle. The following are NOT included: -television -AC/fan -couch/sofa -coffee machine -toaster/microwave -dishwasher In requesting to book, you agree to maintain the cleanliness of the space during your visit. This includes routine sweeping, garbage removal and surface cleaning. Excessive untidiness or damage due to negligence will warrant a fee. Absolutely no smoking or vaping, including on the balcony. There is no elevator as the building is over 100 years old, so you must be okay with stairs. Guest access You'll have the entire studio to yourself. Communal laundry is available on the bottom floor of the building, which you can access with the FOB. The trash is located in the shed to the rear of the building and can be unlocked using the garbage key. There are bicycle racks to the south of the building that you can use. Do not park in any of the spaces on the property as these are rented out by other tenants. Street parking can be paid for with the GreenP app or you can purchase a visitor permit (24hours-7 days) on the City of Toronto website.
